Appointments made on Gumzzz platform can be canceled under the following conditions.
1.1. If the appointment has been paid with the credit or debit card, the money can only be refunded if you cancel the appointment 24 or 48 hours (depending on the policy of each dental unit) before the date on which you must visit the chosen dentist. After this interval, Gumzzz reserves the right not to return the value of the purchased appointment. The same applies to the payment of appointments using vouchers purchased in advance.
1.2. Please note that you may be required to pay for cancellation in accordance with the cancellation, no-show or (pre) payment policies of the chosen dental unit or you will not be entitled to a refund of any (pre) payment. We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation, no-show and (pre) payment policies of the clinic from which you wish to purchase products or services.
1.3. If you arrive later than the scheduled time, make sure that you communicate this promptly and in advance to the clinic from which you purchased the services so that it knows when to wait for you and to avoid collecting fees for non-appearance. Gumzzz.com does not accept any responsibility or liability for the consequences of your late arrival at the consultation / treatment or in connection with any cancellation or collection by the dental service provider of the non-appearance fee.
2.1. If the clinic from which you wish to purchase a consultation does not have a cancellation policy, you will not be able to pay for your reservation using a credit or debit card.
2.2. If you have a voucher purchased in advance at the clinic where you made your reservation, please mention this when you talk to the doctor, on the appointment day, and inform him that you have a voucher in your account, with which you want to pay for services. Once the consultation is over, the clinic will confirm to us that you have benefited from the consultation or treatment and we will deduct from the voucher in your user account the credit value of the consultation or treatment you received. 2.3. If the chosen clinic does not have a cancellation policy, you also have the option to pay in cash at the end of the consultation, without any other obligations to Gumzzz.com.
